Zac Ivanhoe - General Manager

Originally from Pittsburg relocated to Arizona with his family in 1981.  Been in the auto industry for over 16 years, the past 10 years with Right Toyota. Currently resides in Phoenix with my wife and daughter.  

By supporting my staff thru continues training and education our staff is prepared to service all customer needs, wants and expectations.  As you can see our management staff has a combined 90 years of experience with Toyota and it is this experience that will assist in making Right Toyota the very best dealership in town. Our staff is committed to providing every customer with a truly enjoyable sales and service experience.

William Fakhoury - General Sales Manager

I was born and raised in Yonkers New York. I have been at Right Toyota since April 2003. I started in sales, to closer, to Finance, to desk, to GSM.

My hobbies include classic cars and travel. I have a beautiful wife and daughter and 2 gorgeous sons.

Jane D’Amelio - Customer Relations Manager

Originally from Boston Mass, Moved to Arizona with her family in 1990. Is a Toyota Master Certified Customer Relations Manager working for Right Toyota since August 16, 1999. My goal is to provide our customer with fair dispute resolution process and maintaining customer loyalty by providing a supportive work environment for our employees so they can excel in all aspects of sales and service.

Is currently the President of the Professional Exchange club of Scottsdale , Arizona. Thru the club and support of Right Toyota I have been able to help support several community programs such as the Tempe town 911 “Healing Field Memorial” and Shop with a cop Christmas & back to school programs. I believe for Right Toyota to truly serve our customers we must support the community by being a good corporate citizen.

Jason D. - Finance Director

I was born and raised in Michigan, I have been with Right Toyota for 8 1/2 years. I am married with one daughter.

Rex Bahm - Used Car Director

I was raised here in Arizona since 1964. I have been in the car business since 1990 and a used car manager since 1995. My hobbies are golf, scuba and snow skiing. I received the 2007 and 2008 Standard of Excellence - Top Volume Award. I am married with two children and two grandsons. I grew up and live in West Phoenix. My areas of industry specialties are purchasing, wholesaling and marketing.

Marshall Gothelf - Parts Manager

I have been with Toyota more than 20 years. I have been in the parts end of business for more than 30 years. I have lived in the Phoeniz area for about 10 years.
