The bank that financed your lease will charge you a Lease Termination Fee. You may also be charged for excess mileage if you drove the vehicle in question above the mileage stated on your lease. A small appraisal of the vehicle will take place to note any wear and tear. Any such charges are not levied by Right Toyota but by the bank that financed your lease. You will also remain the current registered owner of the vehicle until the leasing bank can re-sell the vehicle to another consumer. The time of this sale process can vary.
