On a whim because of an email, i started stumbling on the prospect of buying a used car. I used the 'buy online option' on righttoyota.com I was able to "build my deal" online and it couldn't have been easier! I knew what I was looking for and they happened to have my dream car in stock. Within about 20 minutes of submitting my deal (on a whim lol) I got a call from Jerry Espinosa. He quickly ran me through my numbers just to confirm I didn't click something I didn't mean to, which good thing because I didn't click a warranty option I should have, and it was so casual with zero pressure which I really liked cause your girl gets anxiety quick with numbers lol.

I actually drove all the way out from San Diego to trade in my old clunker and come home with my new beast, they treated me like a celebrity when I walked in. Everyone was so nice, asking if I was the girl from Cali, I found it amusing! The general sales manager Jason came over to ask if my experience was easy and all I could say is "I literally started looking for this Jeep 12 hours ago on the website and I'm sure I'll be leaving with my dream Jeep within 24 hours of just looking, so yes".

To say the least Jerry, Jason and the finance dept Ryan who helped me through the whole process- I'm impressed! These guys know what they're doing and they're on your side. They even got a cheaper gap coverage and helped me navigate which warranty was best for me. It was almost too easy. Im going to have to drive back out in the future when looking to add another vehicle.
